Payment and Reservation Methods
The rates are set in euros once you validate this quote, which then becomes your travel contract. The price of the quote may vary depending on the evolution of services and the exchange rate. For payment, 20% of the total amount is due within a week after receiving the invoice (at the time when I confirm the hotel reservations, this is used to secure the rooms).
The payment of the first installment can be made either by international SWIFT bank transfer in euros or by credit card through our secure online payment platform. Please note that in Indonesia, the card payment fees (3% of the amount) are borne by the sender.
The remaining balance is to be paid to the representative of Bali Ethnik on the day of your arrival in Indonesia, either in cash (euros) or, in the case of a bank transfer, one week before your departure.

Annulation / remboursement
Any cancellation should be sent via email to info@baliethnik.com. The default cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of the total price of the trip.
- Between 59 and 45 days before departure: 20% of the total price of the trip.
- Between 44 and 30 days before departure: 30% of the total price of the trip.
- Between 29 and 15 days before departure: 40% of the total price of the trip.
- Between 15 and 8 days before departure: 50% of the total price of the trip.
- Less than 8 days before departure or no show: 100% of the total price of the trip.
Please note that for certain trips, specific cancellation conditions may apply, and the full price will be retained in case of cancellation.
Conditions
The Bali Ethnik service begins upon your arrival at the airport in Indonesia and continues until your luggage check-in upon your return.
The packages include: airport transfers, hotel nights with breakfast or villa rental, car rental with local insurance and unlimited mileage + fuel, your private guide and/or driver, food and accommodation for your private guide and/or driver, various entrance fees to cultural sites or shows (except those marked as “excluded”), sports activities mentioned in the quote (except those marked as “excluded”).
Our rates do not include: international flights, airport taxes (approximately €12 upon return), personal/private travel insurance that you may wish to take out, lunch and dinner meals, optional activities decided on-site, costs associated with changes to the program initiated by you on-site (hotel modifications, etc.).
